Experience the World Locally
Held on the second Friday of each month from April through September at the Canyon Country Community Center, each ‘Celebrate’ event spotlights a different country. Attendees are treated to live music, dance performances, crafts, and culinary delights that encapsulate the essence of the featured culture. For instance, past events have showcased the spirited sounds of Mariachi music and the artistry of Ballet Folklórico during the Mexico-themed evening.
Engage and Participate
Beyond passive observation, ‘Celebrate’ encourages active participation. Guests can pick up a ‘Celebrate Passport’ at their first event and collect a new stamp each month. Each stamp earns an entry into the ‘Celebrate Raffle,’ featuring prizes inspired by the countries showcased throughout the series. Winners are contacted after the final event in September.
